Pricing Questions Answered
How is the per-student price calculated?
You are billed based on the number of actively enrolled students at the start of each term. The minimum charge is ₦100,000 per term — so even a school of 50 students pays ₦100,000, not ₦30,000. Students who withdraw mid-term are not refunded, but new enrolments after billing are prorated.
What does the 20% annual discount mean?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 3 terms upfront but only get charged for 2.4 terms worth — a 20% saving. For a school of 500 students on the Standard plan, this saves you ₦150,000 per year.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period. There are no penalties for switching.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Regardless of student count, the minimum charge is ₦100,000 per term per school. This covers the baseline cost of hosting and maintaining your school's dedicated data environment.
What is the Dedicated plan?
The Dedicated plan gives your school or school group a private server instance, custom domain, and an optional custom school website. It is ideal for institutions with strict data residency requirements or those wanting a fully branded experience.
