SchoolOS is developed and operated by Globivance Systems, a technology company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We build software that solves real problems for African businesses and institutions.
SchoolOS is our flagship product — a full-featured school management ERP that handles everything from student enrollment and fee collection to results management, staff records, and parent communication.
We are a small, focused team that cares deeply about the educational sector. Our backgrounds span software engineering, education administration, and school finance — which means we understand your challenges from the inside.
How we got here
The Problem
Our founder, working with schools across Lagos, noticed the same struggle everywhere: fee records in spreadsheets, attendance in paper registers, results computed manually. The tools that existed were expensive, foreign, and complex.
First Build
Globivance Systems began building SchoolOS — a platform designed around how Nigerian schools actually operate. The first pilot launched with three schools in Lagos.
Growth
Word spread. SchoolOS expanded to schools across multiple states, adding features like the parent portal, timetable builder, transport management, and multi-school support.
Today
SchoolOS now serves hundreds of schools across Nigeria and continues to grow. We're expanding support for more African markets and adding deeper integrations for payment and communication.
